Edgar E. "Ed" Hatfield of Blanchester, OH. Born on July 15, 1940 in Harlan County, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on January 5, 2020 at the age of 79. Loving brother of Barbara Caskey, Donald Cooper and the late Bobby Cooper, Myrtle Plowman and Homer Hatfield. Cherished son of the late Irvin Hatfield and Nannie (nee Hicks) Cooper. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Edgar proudly served in the United States Army National Guard. Friends will be received from 11 AM - 12 Noon, Monday, January 13 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 12 Noon. Interment, Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH. Pastor Chad Snider will be the minister for Ed's services.
