E. Roxanna Winkler (nee Vance) of Milford. Wife of the late Ralph Winkler. Beloved mother of Beverly Newberry, Lennie (Lisa) Winkler, Lonnie (Dee) Winkler, Lee (Pam) Winkler, and Nick Winkler. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Roxanna was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Nellie Shelton Vance, and 11 brothers and sisters. She passed away Thursday November 28, 2013 at the age of 87. Services will be held at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home 129 N. Riverside Dr. Loveland, Ohio 45140 on Monday December 2, 2013 at 12 noon, where friends will be received from 10 AM. until time of service. Interment Goshen Cemetery.
