BAKER Dustin Dean of Hillsboro, OH. Beloved son of James "J-Jay" Baker Jr., and Teresa (Bill) Evans, loving brother of Andrew Eads, Danielle Eads and Jacob Eads, caring grandson of James (Cheri) Baker, Sr., Theresa Clements, Christopher (Sherri) Evans, June Bedford, Jim (Rebecca) Eads, dear nephew of Linda Davis, also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and relatives. Preceded in death by a dear aunt Brandie Baker. Family request that memorial donations be made in memory of Dustin Baker to the Brandie Baker Memorial Children's Fund, c/o Huntington Bank, 1097 St. Rt. 28, Milford, OH. 45150.
