Obituary

Druce Parker Henn, 87, of Bradenton, FL died August 6, 2011. Born in Cincinnati on December 29, 1923. A long-time Cincinnati area resident, he retired to Florida in 1998. He was a decorated pilot who "flew the Hump" in the China-Burma-India theater during WWII. Upon graduation from UC's School of Architecture, he joined his father's firm and designed homes and commercial projects throughout Cincinnati and beyond. An entrepreneur at heart, he was also an active real estate developer and multi-unit restaurant owner. A 50 year member of the Scottish Rite, Madisonville Lodge #419, he enjoyed fishing, golf, and horse racing. Preceded in death by his beloved wife JoAnn, he is survived by a daughter Dru Spangenberg of Bradenton Fl, and a son Randy, granddaughter Katie, and grandson Andrew, all of Loveland.
