Dr. Paul O. Gardner of Blanchester. Dear husband of the late Mary Davis Gardner, and loving father of Diane Gardner and David Gardner. April 11, 2006 at age 88. Dr. Paul said, "I've been a veterinarian all my life and I'll be a veterinarian until the day I die." Dr. Paul served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Captain in the Veterinary Corps. He practiced veterinary medicine for 63 years in the Clinton, Clermont, Warren, Brown, and Highland Counties. He also served on the Blanchester Village Council for 22 years.
