Douglas Lee Smith, 56, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on June 5, 2024.

He was the beloved father of Douglas Lee (Lindsay) Smith and Dylan Lee Smith; proud grandfather of Corbin Douglas Smith, Gracelyn Nevaeh Smith, and Oaklyn Sierra Smith; loving son of Pamela (Simpkins) McBride and the late George Douglas Lee Smith; lifelong friend of Denise Smith; dear brother of Vicky (David) Yingling, Bonnie Kittle, John Smith, and Travis Smith.

The funeral service will be held at 1 PM on June 11, 2024, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Blanchester Cemetery.
