Dear father of Doug Mullins Jr. and Brian Mullins. Beloved brother of Randy, Danny amd Mark Mullins and Anita Rasinski. Dear grandson of Willie Mae Mullenix. Also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceeded in death by his parents Eugene and Betty Mullins.
