With profound sorrow we announce the passing of Douglas “Doug” Marvin Keenan, whose life journey began on June 3, 1962, in Martinsville, Indiana. After a valiant battle with cancer, Doug departed this world on April 23, 2026, in Blanchester, Ohio.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Virginia (Joe) Meier and Charlie Dale, who carry forward his legacy. His pride extended to his cherished grandchildren, Kayden Meier, Kinsley Meier, and Cameron Dale, who brought joy to his life. Doug is also survived by his parents, Carol (Miller) Fouts and Larry Keenan. He is also remembered by his siblings, David (Kristin) Keenan and Jennifer Demic (Brent) Martin. Doug leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones. Among his friends, Gabe Edde was a steadfast companion, providing camaraderie and support.

Doug was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Pam Dale.

His humor, wit, and wisdom will be missed and may those who loved him find solace in his legacy.
