Dorothy M. Phelps (nee Meece), of Loveland. Devoted wife of 69.5 years to Cecil Phelps. Loving mother of Pamela (Buddy) Bryant, Patricia (Jamie) Fisher, Ronald Phelps, and Scott (Pam) Phelps. Cherished grandmother of Kimberly Bryant, Miranda (Kevin) Cross, Chris Phelps, Ashley (Jesse) Whitaker, Lane Phelps, Mason Phelps, and the late Tonya Bryant. Proud great grandmother of Kayla Cross, Aubrey Cross, Carson Whitaker, and Gareth Cross. Dear sister of Mark Meece and the late Alma Jean Phelps, Margie Colyer, Barbara Saylor, and Donald Meece. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away February 21, 2024, at the age of 88.

Dorothy loved her church family at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church and was very proud of all of her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, February 25 from 4-7 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will be held on Monday, February 26 at 11 AM. Interment Graceland Memorial Gardens.
