Donna Jean (Bates) Lee, age 61, of Loveland, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Sunday (February 12, 2017). Donna was the devoted wife of Scott Lee. She was the dear loving mother of Jason (Cammy) Cox. Proud grandmother to her beloved granddaughters Avery and Gracie Cox. Donna leaves behind her sisters Terry (Mark) Newdow, Nancy (John) Anost, and her brother Rick (Jeanna) Bates. She also leaves behind her brother in law Kelly (Audrey) Lee, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Anna Marie (Holderbach) and Vernon Bates. Donna was a genuine, caring, and loving person that touched all she knew. She cherished spending time with her family and her beloved dogs Annie and Lightning. She found so much joy in traveling the world and embracing new experiences. She was passionate gardener and truly enjoyed nature from snowcapped mountains, to sandy oceanside beaches. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service to celebrate her life at Northeast Community Church 12079 N. Lebanon Rd. Loveland on February 16th at 6pm. Memorial service will begin at 7pm.
