Donna Jean Williams Holden went to be with The Lord Jesus at age 86, Sunday, August 9, 2015 at her home of 60 years surrounded by many loved ones. She was born October 15, 1928 in Batavia, Ohio. Her husband of 53 years, Joseph William Holden, preceded her to Heaven September 18, 2000. She is survived by her loving children Vickie (Rusty) Garbett, Michael (Beverly Faulconer) Holden, Nelson (Therese Peter) Holden, by 8 grandchildren Lynnetta (Chad) Hart, Jami Garbett, Chris Hahn, Kasey, Annette, Jason (Rachel), Steven (Kelli), & Will Holden, by her 9 great grandchildren Hope (Brian Sutton), Aaron Johnson, Sierra Holden, Cooper, Kaydin, & Aubree Hahn, Madison, Mackenzie, & Connor Hart, by her great-great grandchildren Brady, Kameron, John, Tyler & Alex Sutton, by her Health Aides Kaycee & Melissa, by her sisters-in-law Margaret & Teasy Williams, by many loving nieces, nephews, friends & neighbors. She was preceded in death by her parents John Lee & Polly Jane Reynolds Williams, her 4 brothers Asa, Earl, Carl, Cecil, & 4 sisters Emma, Lucy, Lillie, & Opal. Donna graduated from Owensville High School after attending many Clermont County Schools since her father was a tenant farmer. She was a Nurse who went to everyone's aid. She was very active in her church by singing in groups, teaching children, cooking, & helping all others in need. She will be missed by all. Friends will be received on Wednesday, 5 - 8 PM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 11 AM. Brian Richard will be the minister for Donna's services. Interment, Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford, OH. Pallbearers for Donna will be: Jason Holden, Steven Holden, Will Holden, Aaron Johnson, Chris Hahn and Cooper Hahn. The family requests your presence immediately following the graveside service at Heritage Hall, 1705 St. Rt. 28, Goshen for food and fellowship.
