Beloved wife of David Duncan. Devoted mother of Victoria Nicole Raymond. Loving daughter of Evelyn Bentz Peltier and the late Howard Peltier. Dear sister of Martha Oswald, Rob Peltier, and Randy Peltier. Wonderful daughter in law of Donald and Janet McKee Duncan. Passed away Tuesday January 19, 2010 at the age of 56. Cremation will be held, and no public services are planned. If desired memorial gifts in Donna's memory may be directed to the charity of your choice.
