Son of the late Walker and Beatrice (Nee Crabtree) Polly. Beloved husband of Carol D. Polly (Nee Barth). Loving father and father-in-law of Rob and Laura Polly, Dawn and Chris Angelidis. Devoted grandfather of Cole Polly, Ella Polly, and Alexander Angelidis. Dear brother to eight brothers and five sisters. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Don served his country honorably in the United States Army during Vietnam.
