Beloved husband of 51 years to Evelyn (nee Lacey) Thompson, loving father of Rebecca Riggsby, Terry L. (Clarence) Smith, Donald J. (Angel) Thompson, Jr., and Ronald W. (Debbie) Thompson, proud grandfather of six grandchildren, 4 great granddaughters, and two step-grandsons, dear brother of Flora Mae Frye, Kenneth Thompson, and Robert (Barbara) Thompson. Also preceded in death by his parents, Andrew J. and Sue Alice (nee McCain) Thompson, four brothers and 3 sisters. Mr. Thompson was owner and operator of D&R Septic Service.
