Donald “Don” Ireland of Loveland, Ohio passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 94. He was the devoted husband of the late Velma Jean Ireland, who shared 66 years of marriage together. He will be missed by his children, Mike (Marcia) Ireland, Karen (Mike) Gaule, and Deanne (Greg) Toms. Dear Grandpa to Patrick (Tammy) Ireland, Scott (Sara) Ireland, Kaitlin (Travis) Lindahl, Kyle (Stacey) Gaule, Kelly (Darren) Kapustka, Emily Toms, and Nathan Toms. Loving Great Grandpa of Rory, Henrik, Imogene, Miles, Cora, and Max. Beloved brother of the late Bruce, Jack, Lois, Charlie, Ida, and Rosie. Son of the late Jesse and Alta Ireland.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Don’s memory may be directed to the Wright - Patterson Air Force Base Museum, Dayton, OH.

Services for Don will be held on October 17, 2026 at Ramsay Group Funeral Services, Standish Chapel, 127 N. Forest St., Standish, MI 48658. Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (including service) followed by interment with military honors at the Sterling Cemetery.
