Richard W. "Dick" Neumann, age 88. Husband of Judy (nee LaForge) Neumann. Father of Gregory Neumann (deceased), Cindy (Mike) Stinson, Jeff Neumann (deceased), Richard Neumann, Jr. (Melanie), and Timothy Neumann. Stepfather of Debbie Cortright Murphy (Bob), Keith Hawk (Julie), and Kris Hawk (Angie). Uncle of Rae Lynn Gipson and Shane Baker. Many grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and step great grandchildren. Brother of the late Kenneth Neumann and Doris Herbert. Passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026.

Dick retired from Cincinnati Bell Telephone after 35 years and retired from the Army National Guard after 26 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 59, Rising Sun, Indiana.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, July 21 from 9-11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at Rising Sun Cemetery, Rising Sun, IN.
