Diane (nee Kasch) Sullivan of Loveland. Beloved wife of 43 years to the late Dennis Michael Sullivan. Loving mother of Patrick Sullivan. Cherished sister of Pam (Tom) Burkle and Alison (the late Dave) Alfred. Dear aunt of Kristin (Mike) Scherman, Brian (Therese) Burkle, Elizabeth (Luke) Coburn, Erin (Heath) Sullivan and Katelin (Nick) Finissi and Great Aunt to Tyler and Brynleigh Scherman, Colton Coburn, Jordan and Lexie Burkle, Matthew Sullivan, and Royce Finissi. Preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ruth Kasch. Passed away suddenly on February 20, 2025, at the age of 73.

Diane was born June 9, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio. She attended Roy C. Start High School where she graduated in 1969. Diane went on to attend Miami University, graduating in 1973 with a degree in Education. At Miami, Diane was a proud member of the Chi Omega Sorority and had continued to be an active alumna of her chapter.

As a teacher, Diane taught in many school districts and states, including PA, MO, IL, & OH, throughout her career. Her most recent position was teaching art at Loveland Middle School in Loveland, Ohio. Diane was a lifelong educator of art and woodshop. She enjoyed enriching the students' art experience and enhancing their art appreciation. Diane loved golfing, bowling, walking in the neighborhood, working out, reading, and her golden retrievers, but was also sure never to miss watching her son coach his basketball team either.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, March 9 from 3-5 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where a Memorial Service will be held at 5 PM.
