Diane Denise McClain, 61, of Mt. Orab, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2021, at The Christ Hospital. She was the beloved mother of Roger (Kami) McClain and Tiffani (Nabeel Tanveer) McClain; loving grandmother of Trevor Collins, David Burton, Logan McClain, and Ryan McClain; proud great-grandmother of Emerson Nichols; dear sister of Keith Heinlein, Rick Heinlein, Laura Blake, Brenda Ruffner, Michelle Heinlein, and Mark Heinlein. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Rick E. McClain; parents, Richard and Ella (nee McCray) Heinlein; granddaughter, Katelynn Marie McClain; brother, Steve Heinlein. A funeral service will be held at 7pm on Monday, July 26, 2021, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where friends will be received from 5pm until the time of service.
