Diana Piehl of Loveland, OH, passed away September 16, 2026, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of 55 years to Stephen Piehl. Devoted mother of Lori (M. Jay) Panyko and Mandy (Scott) Perusek. Cherished grandmother of Max (Aaliyah) Panyko, Sam Panyko, Jack Perusek, Lucy Perusek, and Will Perusek. Caring sister of Janet Lefeld, Judy (Short) Wilker, Richard (Karen) Moeller, and Steve (Linda) Moeller. Dear caregiver of the late Willis Poppe. Loving daughter of the late Richard and Doris (nee Muhlenkamp) Moeller. Brothers and sister-in-laws Bill (Diane) Piehl, Fred (Diane) Piehl, Julie (Mike) Pine. Proceeded in death by mother and father-in-law Onolee and Woody Piehl, sister-in-law Judy Piehl and brother-in-law Ernie Lefeld.

Diana was born and raised in Celina, OH. Born January 23, 1949, to Richard and Doris Moeller. She married Stephen Piehl on July 17, 1971, together began their family in New Knoxville, OH. Diana and Steve welcomed two daughters into the world, Lori and Mandy, and opened their home to Willis Poppe.

Diana never met a stranger. She could quickly become friends with anyone she met and would light up a room with her smile and kind energy. She loved and adored her family. Diana and Steve moved to Cincinnati 23 years ago to be closer to their children and grandchildren. She was the best Nana to her grandchildren.

A Celebration of Diana's Life will take place Sunday, October 18, 2026, open house from 2 - 4 PM, at the Riverside Lodge at Lake Isabella, 9091 Lake Isabella Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45242. In honor of Diana's love for flowers and gardening, her family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Loveland Learning Garden (previously known as Granny's Garden), PO Box 264, Loveland, OH 45140. Flowers and deliveries can be sent to 10010 Somerset Dr., Loveland, OH 45140, as the Riverside Lodge does not accept deliveries.
