Diana Lynn Cozine (nee Shank), of Martinsville, passed away October 5, 2024, at the age of 61. Beloved wife of 32 years to Curt Cozine. Loving mother of Kristy (Corey) Brock, Samantha (Daniel) Buckley, Curtis (Courtney) Newman and the late Jason Wright. Proud grandmother of Chase Taylor, Mark and Addison Brock, Kaitlyn and Connor Lafferty, Cohan, Ethan, Colin Wright, Kiki Lockhart and Harper Newman. Great grandmother of Theodore. Dear sister of Penny (Mark) Terrell, Janice (Buddy) Simmons, Jack (Sandy) Shank, Jr. Jeff (Diana) Shank. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Goldie Shank, Sr.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 18 from 5-6 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where a Memorial Service will be held at 6 PM.

In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me has been established to assist the family with funeral expenses.
