Cherished grandmother of Daniel Moore, Quinlee Pritchard, Abrielle Melton, and Evan Melton. Daughter of the late George and Nora Hopkins. Dearest sister of Philip Hopkins and John (Sherrie) Hopkins. Sister-in-law of David Melton. Dear daughter-in-law of Georgia Boggs and the late Larry "Bobby" Melton. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Passed away October 22, 2020 at the age of 61. Debbie was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Friends will be received Tuesday, October 27 from 9:30 - 11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Interment Union Township Cemetery, South Lebanon.
