Debra Ann of Loveland. Beloved daughter of Hobert and Betty (nee Bailey) Arthur. Loving mother of the late Shannon Bailey. Dear sister of Brenda (the late Lawrence) Schmoock, David (Robin) Barrett, Pamela (Patrick) Moran, Scott (Kimberly) Arthur and James (Michelle) Arthur. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Died October 29 at age 55. Family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
