In Loving Memory of Deborah Rede Turner, DMD, DDS of Loveland, Ohio. Beloved wife of J. Douglas Ferry and devoted mother of Catherine (Chris) Dawes. Cherished grandmother of Brandon, Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Annabel, and Levi. She was the beloved daughter of the late John Patrick and Constance Delores Turner, and dear sister of Nura Kathe Turner and the late John Patrick Turner.

Deborah's academic journey began at Hanover College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She furthered her education at the University of Kentucky, obtaining a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology, where fate introduced her to her loving husband, J. Douglas. With a passion for the sciences, she pursued her dream of becoming a doctor of dental medicine at the same institution. After relocating to Michigan with her husband to start a family, Deborah completed her specialty degree in pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan. Her dedication led to a fulfilling nearly 40-year career in pediatric dentistry, until she moved to Ohio to spend more time with her cherished grandchildren.

A proud "Golden Wildcat" and lifelong University of Kentucky fan, Deborah's spirit and love for her alma mater never waned. Her passing on April 24, 2024, at the age of 82, surrounded by her family, marks the end of a life rich in love, compassion, and achievement.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects from 6-8 PM on Friday, May 10, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH.

A celebration of life will take place at Branches Community Church Saturday, May 11, 10-11 AM at Branches Community Church, 6541 Arborcrest Road, Loveland OH. (Reception to follow)

A private interment will take place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
