Obituary

David Miller

February 27, 1975 – February 3, 2026

He made us laugh. He made us think. He made us cry. David Miller's infectious smile shines on as he returned to his Creator on February 3, 2026. David led a life defined by joy, maintaining his radiant spirit even when pancreatic cancer gave him every reason to surrender it. He smiled not for himself, but as a gift to those he loved, right until the very end.

A devoted husband to Bridget and a dedicated father to Addy, Benji, and Teddy, David was a man of faith and quiet perseverance. He carried the weight of his mortality with poise, and through his example, he taught us how to love life more deeply, showing unconditional kindness to his family, to his colleagues, friends, caregivers, church community, and neighbors.

David learned old fashioned southern family values from his parents and family. He was devoted to teaching his children his southern traditions while taking family tours of the South and visiting dear family and friends.

David was a passionate fan of the North Carolina State Wolfpack. This past fall, he and Benji shared a cherished milestone, celebrating their shared love for the team during a father-son trip to an NC State football game. His heart also grew to hold a second loyalty as an "adopted" Ohio University Bobcat, inspired by his father-in-law, Tim Adams. The two were the best of friends, making an annual pilgrimage to Athens, Ohio, to celebrate their shared fandom at Bobcat football games.

Above all, David's universe was his family. He adored Bridget, and he fought with every ounce of his strength to stay with his children for just one more day. While we grieve the loss of his laughter, we find lasting comfort in the profound example he set as a husband, father, and friend to all.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to John Burns and the team at Encore for their selfless support of their valued Senior Solutions Architect. We also deeply appreciate the BF Realty team, who provided meaningful care and support to David, Bridget, and the children throughout this journey.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Miller and his first wife, Becky Miller. He is survived by his wife, Bridget Miller and children, Addy (11), Benji (10), Teddy (7). Also survived by his father David Garry Eugene Miller, sister Catherine Paylan, and Uncle Kenneth Miller. Cousins, Christopher (Helena) Miller, Matt (Lea) Miller, Justin (Stephanie) Miller, Elizabeth (Russ) LaMotte.

David's In law's include Tim and Tracey Adams, Danielle & Casey Kehling, Blake (7) Corie (3).

A celebration of David's life will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11:30 AM at River Hills Christian Church, 6300 Price Road, Loveland, OH 45140 where friends and family will be received from 10:00 until the hour of service.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the Landing Event Center, 119 Karl Brown Way, Loveland, OH 45140.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to PanCan , the pancreatic cancer action network in David's honor.
