FAULKNER David Terry, 57, of Blanchester, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday July 9, 2016 of natural causes. Born to Wilburn and Edith (nee: Mays) Faulkner on April 28, 1959 in Corbin, KY. He enjoyed music, cooking, gardening, road trips and most importantly, spending time with family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and siblings; Orena, Kenneth, Charles, Larry and Darlene. David is survived by the mother of his children Vivian (nee: Vanover) Faulkner, daughter Liza Marie Faulkner, and son Samuel Steely Faulkner: siblings Vivian (nee: Faulkner) Russell, Alma (nee: Faulkner) Eaton, Doris (nee: Faulkner) Short, Garry Faulkner and close family friend Rena Bach. In lieu of a traditional funeral; a memorial service in celebration of his life will be held on Sunday July 17, 2016 at 2pm at Sharon Woods Park, Cardinal Crest Pavilion, 11450 Lebanon Rd.
