David E. Bair, Sr. of Loveland, passed away August 14, 2016. Beloved husband of 35 years to Suzanne Bair. Loving father of David E. Bair, Jr. and Samantha Jeanne Bair. Cherished son of Raymond Earl and the late Phyllis Jeanne Bair. Dear brother of Jeffrey Glenn Bair. Loved son-in-law of James & Judy Hackler, and brother-in-law to Kenney Hackler. Also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. David was born July 8, 1949 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and grew up in Ohio & New York. He served honorably in the US Army from 1971 to 1973 after which time he started a long career in sales. After marrying and having children, he decided to give back to his community and served on Loveland City Council. When David retired, he was able to pursue his lifetime love of golf. David will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM on Friday, August 19 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 3 PM with military honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
