David Leroy "DJ" Payne Jr. was born on September 8, 1986 in Wilmington, OH to David Leroy Payne Sr. and Tara (nee Cornett) Hurt and died on Monday October 28, 2013 in Circleville, OH at the age of 27. David was a member of the Faith Baptist Church, Blanchester, OH. David is survived by his wife Amanda (nee Moore) Payne; his children, Melanie Lynn Payne, Camdyn Scott Payne, Jaedyn Patrick Payne and Ashlynn Elizabeth Payne; sisters Samantha Dawn Snyder, Erin Marie Payne; step-brother Neil Hurt; mother and father-in-law, Kevin and Carol Lynn Moore; grandparents Mary Moore, Mary Flint, Bill Stein; brother-in-law of Daren Patrick Moore. He was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Ellen Payne, grandparents Carol and Grover Cornett, Charles Payne, Charles Moore Sr. and Edith Carol Stein; brother-in-law Derrick Scott Moore. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday November 5, 2013 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W.
