Obituary
PUCKETT David Dean of Cozaddale, OH. Beloved son of Houston S. Puckett and the late Mallie I. (nee King) Puckett. Loving brother of Dan (Mara) Puckett, Anna Parr, Lexie Rick Nichols and Connie Caton. Also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends. David served in the United States Army. Pallbearers for David Puckett are: Danny Puckett, Randy Kenser, Steve Kenser. Pastor Phil Hopper will be officiating the funeral services for David Puckett.
