David Lee Cornwell of Milford, OH, went home to be with the Lord on February 6, 2026, at the age of 58. Dave was born in Cincinnati, OH on July 17, 1967, to David Lee (Cheryl) Cornwell Sr. and Joyce Ann (nee Gibson) Renchen.

David was the beloved husband of Roxanna Lynn (nee Mahan) Cornwell for 23 yrs. He was the proud stepfather of Tammy (Kenny) Hutton, Lisa Keith, and John Keith Jr. Caring grandfather of Miranda (Tyler) Robertson, Michaela Keith, Jonathan Keith, and one great-granddaughter Sophia. Dear brother of Jamie Wallace and Kimberly Cornwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Dave is preceded in death by his grandparents, Welby and Irene Gibson and Frank and Grace Cornwell; and his stepfather Frelan T. Renchen.

David was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a graduate of Goshen High School.

Friends will be received on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9-10:15am at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 10:15am. Interment will be at the Venice Cemetery in Ross, OH.
