Darlene F. Mayrose, 75, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away at home on January 15, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was the beloved wife of Howard Mayrose; cherished mother of Angela Goodin, Julie Malone, Rebecca Newkirk, Amanda Malone, Barbara Siler, Brandon Malone, Ryan (Angela) Malone, Kyle (Bethany) Malone, Trevor (Ashley) Malone, Christopher (Shannon) Hall; loving grandmother of Cody Tye, Caleb Tye, Kaylie (Sidney) Kindred, Samantha Reynolds, Ashlyn Reynolds, Ethan Reynolds, Jaedyn Reynolds, Kiera Siler, Mackenzie Siler, Allenia Woolums, Allex Woolums, Ryan Malone Jr., Hendrix Malone, Liberty Malone, Sean Beck Malone, Tristen Malone, Dylan Malone, Hayden Malone, Violet Hall, and Lillian Hall; proud great-grandmother of 9 and one more on the way; dear sister of Catherine (David) Zammert; sister-in-law of Kenneth Parry.

She is also survived by the father of her children, Wendell Malone and numerous nieces, nephews, stepchildren, fur babies, and friends that felt like family.

Darlene was preceded in death by her sons, Gregory Malone and Sean Malone; grandson, Joey Rowley; parents, William Gibbs and Alberta Kesow; uncle, Walter Dolch; father to her son, Ray Hall; sister, Thelma Parry; sons-in-law Bill Newkirk and Rodney Siler.

Friends will be received from 4 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio.

The funeral service for Darlene will be held at 11 AM on January 21, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer- Blanchester.

Interment will take place at Blanchester Cemetery.
