Daniel "Danny" James Gilbert of Loveland, OH, formerly of Goshen, OH, went home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2025, at the age of 47. Danny was born on February 16, 1978, in Cincinnati, OH.

Danny is the beloved son of Gwendolyn Kay (nee Jones) Shaver and Danny D. Gilbert, stepson of Tony Shaver, loving life partner of Kathy Deemer and her sons, Kevin, Jeremy and Kyle Deemer, proud father of Seth Gilbert and Alyssa Gilbert, caring brother of Jamie (Carrie) Gilbert, Todd Gilbert, Nathan (Krystal) Gilbert and Austin (Megan) Shaver. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Friends will be received from 6 PM – 8 PM on Monday, October 13 at First Baptist Church of Milford, 1367 Woodville Pike, Milford, OH, where services will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 14.

The interment will take place at Myers Cemetery, Goshen TWP, OH.
