Daniel Webster Cravens was born August 27, 1947 to Dee Cravens Jr. and Bessie Ellen Cravens in Cravens Town TN and passed away July 4, 2018 at the age of 70. Daniel was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Patricia Ann Cravens, whom he adored. He was the loving father of Trevor Woods of Blanchester, OH and Tracy (JD) Hancock of Hillsboro,OH; grandfather of Brenan Strange of Lynchburg and Aleck (Kaylea) Strange of Blanchester; great grandfather of Tatum and Ramsey Strange; brother RD (Sonja) Cravens of Waxhaw, NC and sister, Ethelene Dunaway of Blanchester. Roy Cravens which was a nephew but considered a brother, of Bloomington Springs, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews. Daniel served in the United States Marine Corp in the Vietnam War and retired from CSX Transportation as a Locomotive Engineer. He was a member of the Blanchester F&AM #191 and the Odd Fellows 373. He will be remembered as a Kind, Caring Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and friend. He will be deeply missed.
