Dear brother of Carrie Jean Smith. Dear brother-in-law of Jerry and Terry Campbell. Passed away July 16, 2008 age 61. Family suggests memorial contributions be directed to The American Lung Association, 11113 Kenwood Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45242-1817.
