Dale Edward Warner of Morrow, OH, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, at the age of 39. Dale was born on October 26, 1985, in Cincinnati, OH to Clayton and Victoria Warner.

Dale was an amazing beloved husband of Amanda M. Smallwood, loving father of Kora Warner, Elijah Smallwood and Trinity Helton, cherished son of Victoria L. (nee Lewis) Stubbers and the late Clayton K. Warner, step-mother, Brenda Warner, step-father, Edward Stubbers, dear brother of Douglas Warner, Alyssa (Sean Davis) Stubbers and Samantha (Kyle) Reinhart, devoted son-in-law of Priscilla Duffy, proud uncle Nathan, Caitlin and Jack, caring brother-in-law of Carolyn (Bill) Kauffman and Amber (Chris) Duffy. Also survived by many relatives and friends.

Dale was a kind, compassionate nurse for Bethesda North Hospital. Dale was quiet in his own ways, yet he was fun-loving, intelligent, witty, and his affectionate smile and laugh were contagious to others.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM on Monday, April 28 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 1 PM on Monday. Pastor Phil Hopper officiating.

The interment will take place at Maineville Cemetery, Hamilton Township, OH.
