Cindy was born on April 24, 1954, in Pittsburgh, she is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Mihalko, her siblings Barbara Berg, John Wagner & Marcia Klass. She leaves behind her children Jennifer (Greg) Minton and Christopher, her grandchildren, Keller, Dillon and Teagin Minton, siblings Jerry (Faith) Wagner, Marie Dalzell & Veronica (Dan) McCarthy and a host of nieces and nephews.

Cindy was a long-time employee of Macy's. She worked in the Accounts Payable Dept for over 30 yrs. She was also a beloved part-time employee at Walmart in the Fabric & Craft Area for 13 yrs. She was an avid bingo player, crocheted in her free time, loved the Steelers, always found a good garage sale and enjoyed traveling; she went on several cruises, beach trips with friends and adventures like white water rafting with her sisters. Over the years she took care of many animals, most recently her beloved cat Eddie. In 2023 she moved to the Lodge Nursing Home in Loveland where she spent the remainder of her days, happily roaming the halls and always busy. She passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, at the age of 70.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, March 2 from 4-6 PM and Monday, March 3 from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Cindy's name to Hospice of Southwest Ohio
