Coy R. McGlone Jr. of Goshen, OH, formerly of Mason, OH. Born on October 1, 1931 in Portsmouth, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 1931 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Joyce L. (nee Sawyers) Yeary-McGlone and the late Faye McGlone. Loving father of Tim (Debbie) McGlone and step-father of Vicki (Mike) Lunsford, Michael (Melissa) Yeary and Anthony (Kimberly) Yeary. Caring grandfather of Nathaniel McGlone, Suzanne McGille, Abigail Lunsford, Grace Weybrecht, Zachary, Johnny and Nicholas Yeary, Thomas and Matthew Estep. Proud great-grandfather of Kelton McGlone, Syndey, Emory and Elliott McGille, Allie and Dillon Weybrecht. Dear brother of the late Kenneth, Harold, Thelma, Anna, Wanda, Clydella, Midge, Patricia and Jack. Devoted uncle of Terry and Freddie Bowman, Suzy Morts and Brian McGlone. Special friend of Bev Merideth and Ruth Ann and Lowell Burchett. Cherished son of the late Coy R. Sr. and Nellie (nee Craft) McGlone. Coy proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Ford Motor Company in the late 90's. Coy had many talents: he played the guitar, was his son's "pit man" for motorcycling. He rode and trained horses and was a trainer in a gym. He lived a very full life. His biggest accomplishment was when he gave his life to the Lord in his late 50's or early 60's. He continued to grow in the Lord until he left to be with him. Friends will be received from 6 - 8 PM, Sunday, March 12 at Goshen Church of God, 1675 Hill Station Rd., Goshen, where services will be held on Monday, March 13, 11 AM. Interment with military honors, Rose Hill Cemetery, Deerfield TWP., OH. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Coy McGlone Jr. to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 625 Camargo Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45243. Pastor Doug Walden will be the minister for Coy's services.
