Connie Rae Holbrook, 61, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away on September 21, 2023, surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 31, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of James and Evelyn (Sauerland) Booker.

Along with her parents, Connie is survived by her beloved husband, Roger Holbrook; two children, Wendy Holbrook and Andrew (Brandi) Holbrook; five grandchildren, Madison Holbrook, Riley Holbrook, Reagan Finley, Haley Holbrook, and Colton Holbrook; one great-grandchild, Emory White; sisters, Cathy "Sis" (Allen) Minges and Julie (Chris) Ott and a brother, Mike (Cheryl) Booker; numerous nieces and nephews including, Patricia (Dwight) Keever, Carrie (Wyatt) Baker, Jessica (Corey) Lehmann, Cassy (Andrew) Unkraut, Scott Minges and Jimmy Booker.

A memorial service will be held at 7pm on October 3, 2023, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will gather from 5pm until the time of service.
