"Cocky" Joe Russell Kiser of Pleasant Plain, OH. Passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 71. Born on March 8, 1952, in Mariemont, OH.

Beloved husband of Kimberly "Kim" Lee (nee Allen) Kiser. Loving father of Bridgett Plavsic and Marion Buchanan. Proud grandfather of Sativa, Jake, Damon and Laney. Dear brother of Dennis Kiser, Mike Kiser and the late Linda Carmack, Roger Kiser, Rick Kiser, Jimmy Kiser and CD Kiser. Cherished son of the late Carl and Billie Kiser. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Joe was a proud member of the Iron Horsemen MC Nation. He was preceded in death by many IHMC brothers.
