Beloved husband of Pearl Pennington and the late Roberta Pennington, loving father of Stanley Clifton, Kenneth Dawn and Robert James Pennington, caring grandfather of eight grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, dear brother of Hazel, Mattie, Donald and Butch. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers. retired from Cincinnati Milacron, former commander Blanchester American Legion post 179, 32nd degree Mason and member of F&AM Clarksville 323.
