Cleveland Lewis Puckett went to Heaven January 3, 2013. Husband to Linda his heart since the beginning of time and wife since 1966; father to his girls: Cherie, Terrie, Dora and Bev; papaw to his grandchildren Rebekah, Rachel and Jakob and his great granddaughter Riley; "Uncle Papaw" to Katie, Leah, Joe, Stephen, Mackensie, Jewel, Sammy, Michael and Nicholas; brother by birth to Jack, Ginny, Lester, and Gloria (who all preceded him to Heaven) and Freddie, Mary Alice, Donny, Ginger and Cindy; brother by the blessings of marriage to Sam, Emily, Kent, Jason, Rowena, Steven, Sue Ellen, Elliot and Neil; "Uncle Clevie" to nieces, nephews and family too numerous to list. Beloved son of Mary Arthesta Bottomley Puckett, thankful grandson of Andrew Preston "Dad" Bottomley, and blessed son of Hazel Conley Ball. Father-in-law to Martin.
Friend, mentor, rescuer of people and animals, and fixer of all things. A man who defied death many times (facing his new in-laws, snakes, tumbling car, paralysis, exploding trailer, cutting off fingers and sewing them back on...) and enjoyed living to the fullest capacity.
