Claris June (nee Griffith) Blakley of Goshen, OH., formerly of Warsaw, KY. Born on March 4, 1938 in Bell County, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the age of 77. Loving sister of Christine Mills of Corbin, KY., Maxine Baker and Shannon Griffith of Goshen, OH. and the late Pauline Hensley, Daniel Griffith Jr., Fred Griffith, Lyn Block, Edna Saylor and Mary Goodin. Cherished daughter of the late Daniel and Leoda (nee Davenport) Griffith. Preceded in death by nephews, Bill and Gene and nieces, Sue and Effie. Also survived by 6 nieces, 14 nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews and many dear friends. June will be remembered for her humor, her love of cats, anything Elvis and fishing. Services will be held on Monday, November 23, 12 Noon at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment, Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH. Rev. Rick McKinney of Williams Corner Church of God will be the minister for June's services.
