Christopher Wayne Lewis of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2021, at the age of 49. Born on March 21, 1972, in Mariemont, Ohio, son of Lundy Lewis and Linda (nee Kroener) Lewis. Along with his mother, he is survived by his children, Christopher Lewis, Jr., and Annabeth Lewis; brothers, Lee (Deborah) Lewis and Kevin Lewis. Christopher was preceded in death by his father. A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Edwardsville Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
