Christine Mae (Wilder) Eldridge of Goshen, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 24, 2026, at the age of 96.

Christine was born on December 25, 1929, in Cincinnati, OH., to the late Otis and Adeline (Miracle) Wilder. She was the beloved wife of the late Farley Eldridge and a devoted mother to Michael (Jeanne) Eldridge, Barb (John) Lovin, and Karen (Dave) Vadala.

Christine was a loving and caring grandmother to 13 grandchildren: Tony (Stacey) Eldridge, Konnie (Tony) Wylie, Nicholas Eldridge, Christopher (Jayme) Eldridge, Jacob (Leah) Eldridge, Danny (Sierra) Eldridge, Andrew (Laura) Eldridge, Darla (Greg) Scott, John (Dashannon) Lovin Jr., Megan Fain, Melissa (Chad Casassa) Robinson, Matthew (Katherine) Robinson, and Mindi (John) Mulligan. She was also blessed with 53 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

She is survived by her dear sister, Lois Conley. Christine was preceded in death by her brothers, Roscoe Wilder and Abraham Wilder, and her sister, Jewell Wyatt.

Christine will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sister, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many cherished friends whose lives she touched through her faith, kindness, and unwavering love.

Family and friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Monday, August 31, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 State Route 28, Goshen, Ohio. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 noonat the funeral home on Monday. Interment will immediately follow at Goshen Cemetery, Goshen Township, Ohio.
