Obituary

Christian Travis Barnett, 28, passed away on August 15, 2021 in Hilliard, Ohio. He was born in Loveland, Ohio and later moved to Marysville, Ohio where he graduated high school. Christian attended Wilmington College and Bowling Green State University. With his larger than life personality, he formed an abundance of lifelong friendships. He had a huge heart and a love of adventure. He spent time exploring with his dog Griffey who he adored. He was an avid concert goer and his love of music and karaoke always brought a smile to his face. He was incredibly patriotic and loved sports, especially the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes. O-H..He was able to continue his passion for football and travel through Offense Defense Football Camp helping kids develop their skills! After college he found his niche in the trucking industry. He worked at Ryder in Findlay, Ohio. From there he moved to Colorado where he loved exploring nature and the beautiful outdoors. Christian's journey then led him back to Ohio where he accepted a position with FST. In additon to being Fleet Manager, he took part in community outreach and helped organize fundraisers for CarterKindness, Ronald McDonald House, and Pelotonia. He really enjoyed giving back to the community. Christian had a big heart and always took care of others before himself. Christian was survived by his mother Tami Barnett and father Curtis (Amy) Williams. Loving brother of CJ (Simon) McDaniels, Madison, McKenzie, Curtis Jr. and Kade Williams. Beloved grandson of Karen and the late Harvey Barnett, Jim and the late Terry Williams, and Lisa Barr. Dearest nephew of Jennifer and Jeff Filippi, Mike and Jessica Barnett, Ryan and Krista Williams, Nicole and Andy Nieberding, Corbin Barr and Cierra Barr. Proud uncle of Greyson and Tucker McDaniels. Loving cousin of Hunter and Amber Filippi, Kaitlyn, Liz and Luke Barnett. Also survived by many beloved family and friends. We will love you forever and you will always be in our hearts. We know your beautiful soul is finally at peace. Rest easy and have fun catching up with Pops until we are all together again. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pelotonia
