Baxter, Chester O'Dell Jr. of Loveland. Beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Holley) Baxter. Dear father of Holly (Bill) Kern, Chester O."Sonny" (Shelby) Baxter, III and Angie (Tony) Gardner. Brother of Clarence Baxter, Sylvester Baxter, Lloyd Baxter and Joyce Downs. Grandfather of Ben Baxter, Chip Baxter, Jeanie Withey, Sean Conley, Toni Gardner and William Kern. Great grandfather of Lacey Withey. He served our country in the US Navy. Family request that memorial contributions be directed to the Loveland Church of Christ Preschool, 12070 Lebanon Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140.
