Obituary
Chester Elonzo "Lonnie" Blackwell of Lynchburg. Beloved husband of Debra Hensley Blackwell, dear father of Todd (Boby) Gill, Tonya Moore, Shannon (Christina) Gill and father in law of Tommy Allen, caring brother of Barbara Gerber, James Butch Acree, Robert Blackwell, and of the late Bobby Ramphrey, and Verdie Blackwell, and loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren. May 22, 2005 at age 47. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 10901 Reed Hartman Hwy., Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
