Charlotte Faye Parks of Goshen, Ohio was born April 27, 1942 in Evarts, Kentucky, and passed away on July 17, 2022 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 80. She was the beloved mother of Angela Faye Clifton; loving grandmother of Adam Mark Clifton and Tyler Manuel Clifton; dear sister of Robert Sturgill, Janice Rhymer, and Jackson Sturgill; also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Parks; parents, Isome and Vera Sturgill; eight siblings, Lee Roy Sturgill, Shirley Anderson, Harold "Jim" Sturgill, Judy Taulbee, Thea Sturgill, Oma Sawder, Mose Sturgill, and Mary Massingade. The funeral service will be held at 12pm on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home-Goshen, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Myers Cemetery, Goshen, Ohio.
