Charlotte Apgar (nee Richardson) was born May 11, 1938 to Orville and Edna (nee Walton) Richardson and passed away January 15, 2018 at the age of 79. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Cornett; Grandchildren, Shelly Barger and David Cornett; great grandson, Roland Blake Cornett; Brothers, Jack Richardson and Don Richardson; Sisters, Shirley Lord, Fredia Scott, Pat Apgar and Wanda Goodin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Apgar; a daughter Brenda Fay Wenderfer; a grandson Marshall Cole Cornett; sisters Anna Richardson, Betty McIntosh and Pam McNew. Services will be held at 12 noon on Friday January 19, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service. Interment Miami Cemetery, Waynesville, OH.
