Charlotte "Sis" Lee Mullins, 64, of Pleasant Plain, Ohio, passed away on September 23, 2022 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was the beloved sister of Sherry (Mark) Huff; loving aunt of Danielle Huff, Mark Huff, Daniel Mullins, Lauren Werling, James Werling, Shalaine Hopper, and Derrick Wright; stepdaughter of Peggy Mullins; also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Mullins and Fayerene (Tommy) Shoopman; brother, Tim Mullins; grandparents; aunt, Connie Harris; uncle Clayton (Pat) Stephens.

Friends and family will gather from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Ohio.
