Charlie E. Thomas of Goshen, OH. Born on February 8, 1945 in Covington, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on August 29, 2016 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of L. Elizabeth (nee Ginn) Thomas. Loving father of Christina (Ray) Owens, Vicki (Steve) Sommers, Dale (Brenda) Riffe, Laura (Matt) Johnson and the late Charles "Chip" Thomas. Caring grandfather of Eric Risner, B.J. Risner, Michael Riffe, Christian King, Elizabeth Johnson, Alex Johnson, Tyler Owens, Charlie Owens, Brandon Johnson, Caden Johnson and Austin Owens. Proud great-grandfather of Jace Risner and Levi Risner. Dear brother of the late Marcus Thomas, Fay Alder, Argie Rader and Jessie Thomas. Cherished son of the late Euriah Marcus and Mary Catherine (nee Gadd) Thomas. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Thursday, Septemeber 1, 11 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment, Goshen Cemetery.
